More about Arlyn:
Arlyn is an initiated sound therapist who has trained with the likes of Jaime Bechtold and Jens Zygar, both pioneers of sound nationally and globally. Along with her personal experience of bio energetic phenomena within herself and intensive study of the mind + body in regards to sound, vibration, and frequency. Arlyn has likewise spent 19 yrs. as a licensed neuromuscular therapist and body/energy worker, as well has worked alongside many preventive doctors and professionals in the holistic field of medicine from the east to the west coast of the USA. Arlyn has also studied and trained in martial and internal arts and has teacher trained with White Tiger Qigong.
Integral Sound Training: Fundamentals, Crystal + Metal Singing Bowls
This course was designed to provide a solid foundation to build your sound therapy practice with crystal and metal singing bowls. Whether you want to learn to lead meditation, integrate sound into your existing holistic/bodywork practice, gain confidence, or simply deepen your own personal sound experience this course will ignite your inner transformation for becoming a dynamic sound practitioner.
This Integral Sound Training is unique in that we will be focusing on the whole of Self. Nothing is separate or outside of us. Therefore we start this work from within. Sound communicates with our electrical + magnetic bodies in ways that we have yet to discover and ways that are 100% tangible. The beauty is that the more you uncover within the more your natural ability to translate to others solidifies. Here we begin at the root giving you a grounded foundation in transformational sound work.
This is a 2 day “hands-on” training. Come ready to explore the realms of sound and frequency live and in person! Is there any other way? The benefits of working within an intimate class contain the greatest aspects to this training. Not only will gain insights from your fellow classmates and experience undeniable connection to your own unique soul essence, but you will leave the weekend with a new found confidence in your skills and ability to share your practice with others.

Training will begin Thursday morning at 9AM with an open cacao ceremony that will allow us to drop into the heart and connect into the space and with one another before moving into the course. The opening ceremony is mandatory.

Gong Alchemy Training Level 1
Gong Alchemy Level 1 Training with Awaken Spanda is an extension of the Integral Sound Training Course that focuses solely on the gong. Here you will gain not only a deep understanding of the gong you will learn how to truly connect to the gong. This will allow you as a student to confidently lean into playing the gong well and with ease.

Training will begin Saturday morning at 9AM and we will have circle to integrate any new students and check in will allow us to drop into the heart and connect into the space and with one another before moving into the course.
